StoreBell privacy policy
How StoreBell handles WooCommerce connection and order-notification information.
This policy applies to the StoreBell application. The Ermis Media website is covered by the separate website privacy policy.
Purpose
StoreBell helps authorized store operators receive focused notifications about WooCommerce order activity.
Connection information
The app may process the store address, connection status and credentials or authorization material needed to connect to the store. Secret values should be handled only through supported secure fields and should never be sent in a support message.
Order information
StoreBell may process limited order details needed to create useful notifications, such as order number, status, total and fulfillment context. The app is not intended to collect payment card numbers.
Local preferences
Notification, display and connection preferences may be stored locally on the device or in the application account so the service can operate as configured.
Sharing and retention
Information is shared only with providers needed to deliver, secure or support the service, or when required by law. Retention is limited to operational, support and legal needs.
Choices and support
You can disconnect the store, adjust notification settings or contact support to ask about StoreBell data associated with your account.
